A tag is a workspace-wide label attached to a supported record. Tags can represent concepts specific to an organization, such as a production area, certification, priority, or type of work.
A tag does not change a record's behavior by itself. It provides consistent metadata that Factorial can display, filter, and evaluate elsewhere.
Filtering and Saved Views
Collection pages can be filtered by tag. Save the configured filters as a view when the same group of records needs to be revisited regularly.
Tags in Plugins
A plugin hook can inspect tags when deciding whether to apply custom behavior. Organizations can apply custom behavior based on an entity's particular label(s).
